Additionally today, Sunday, World Bank Chief Warns of New Danger Zone for Markets

Sold my entire Apple position between 384-389 and had some dumb luck day trading over the past ten days.

Hate the risks in this market ! Sold the last on my short term trading position in the aftermarket on Friday at 377.15.

Except for a small position in Qualcom (qcom) , i moved into cash 100%

Will keep you posted.

  1. Thank you for your recommendation on the potential house purchase. If I could find a brand new small home in my budget and in a convenient location I would buy it. Unfortunately most homes bias towards multiple family habitation and this helps to make them better rentals. Old is everywhere. Some newer smaller is far away. The COMBO is tough.

  2. Tough decision then - I found it to be less challenging to manage multiple
homes after i factor in all the variables into the total cost of ownership.

Early on, I buy into the fact that i have reach into my wallet to pay for qualified talent to do the maintenance. I just factor in 2-7% of the purchase price, not including required upgrades, into my budget as a sunk cost.
